– Natural Yogurt, with no sugar (if you want weeter, add a bit of honey)
– 2 cookies or 1 tablespoon of cereals
– Fresh kiwiberry or syrup
– Kiwiberry Jam
– 1 coffee spoon of chia seeds


In a bottle, put the ingredients alternately, ending with the fruit and chia seeds.
