160gr. Oat Flakes
1L Milk
80gr. Blueberries
2 Kiwiberries
40gr. Kernel nut
2 tablespoons of honey
1. Put the oat flakes in a saucepan with the milk and peeled
pears and cut in small pieces and cook over a low heat
stirring frequently for about 2 minutes.
2. Add the blueberries and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes, until you get the desired consistency.
3. Divide the oatmeal between the bowls and place the kiwiberries on top
peeled and cut into slices, roughly chopped nut kernels and drizzle with honey.
4. Serve straight away.
