The kiwiberry is the size of a grape and unlike kiwis, has a smooth, hairless, and edible skin.
The flesh of the kiwiberry is green, shiny, and has a deliciously sweet and aromatic flavour.
In addition to flavour, the kiwiberry is a great source of nutrients: vitamin C, vitamin B6, and vitamin E, potassium, folic acid, fibre, and other beneficial nutrients for our body.
It is eaten in the same way as other small fruits such as blackberries, raspberries and blueberries.
A quick snack for work or an easy and simple snack for your children.
Medicine in fruit form.
